Navy Retired Activities Office (RAO) Minneapolis

ABOUT
THE RAO

The Minneapolis Navy Retired Activities Office (RAO) is one of 28 offices established in November 1981 by the Secretary of the Navy. The RAO is not a single individual or entity but rather a network of offices and dedicated personnel, staffed by volunteers who are retired service members and spouses. Our office is located at Navy Reserve Center Minneapolis near the MSP International airport, and our mission is to provide support and services to the retired Navy community.

SAILOR FOR LIFE

The Sailor For Life program is an initiative by the U.S. Navy that supports sailors, veterans, and retirees throughout their entire career and beyond. It emphasizes lifelong connection to the Navy community by providing resources, networking opportunities, and career transition assistance.
